You are buying 24 (24) NEW 1/2" DIAMETER by a NOMINAL 3" LONG COLORED EXTRUDED ACRYLIC DOWELS. (One Half inch Diameter x a NOMINAL Three inch Long) Actual lengths is 2 7/8" There is an 1/8" lost with each cut due to the width of the saw blade, hence the NOMINAL length. There are 8 colors available in this sale. They are in order from left to right in all the pictures: TOP ROW = BLUE, FLUORESCENT ORANGE, RED, YELLOW BOTTOM ROW = FLUORESCENT PINK, PURPLE, FLUORESCENT GREEN, AMBER These are pictures that I personally take of the actual dowels and I do the best I can by taking multiple pictures of the colors so you get the best representation of the product. As you can see from the rods on the black grid all the rods are varying degrees of translucent. *The PINK ORANGE & GREEN rods are FLUORESCENT. ONLY These 3 colors will glow under the influence of a Black Fluorescent Light. The color of the rods MIGHT vary depending on the back round color and light conditions due to being semi-translucent. You are buying and will receive Twenty Four 1/2" x 3" (2 7/8") COLORED DOWELS. To assure that you get the finest quality, a protective sleeve is kept in place on the rods while being cut to protect the acrylic. All rods have saw cut edges on both ends. Saw cutting can cause micro chips on the ends of the dowels as seen in the pictures. Please allow a length tolerance of +/- 1/32" and a width tolerance of 0.015" on all pieces. Each pack of 24 Dowels are packaged in a zip locked clear pouch and shipped in a bubble cushioned envelope.
