Feature

●Extend Tank Service Time: Magnesium in anode rods is a sacrificial metal needed to prevent rust in water heater tanks. Absorb corrosive elements and prolong the service life of the water heater tank.
●Save Your Money: Instead of spending $400-600 on a new water heater every 6-9 years (excluding expensive installations), opt to replace the anode rods yourself for less than $30 per year.
●Compatibility: The over-all length is 9-1/4" with 3/4" NPT fitting for most of RV water heater. NOTE: RV water heaters generally have 3/4“ NPT, but youd better to ask the RV manufacturer.
●High Quality Magnesium Anode Rod: Magnesium is more active than aluminum so it will be "sacrificed" quicker. It will protect metallic parts better in your water system.
●Note: Be sure to flush the water heater before you replace the anode rod, and there will be some “sewage”on the bottom of the tank. Replace the anode rod only if you want to use the heater again immediately. If not, put it in a safe place till use.
