Description

EISCO human female pelvis section model is used for anatomical study, and exposes the female genital organs, bladder, and rectum for detailed examination. The model is natural size and hand-painted for accurate representation, and is numbered and includes a key card for identifying features. The model is mounted on a base for demonstration purposes, and is made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic-coated fiberglass. PVC plastic is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength, resisting reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Fiberglass contains many extremely fine glass fibers in a plastic composite, and is commonly used for its strength, nonreactivity, and to insulate against sound, heat, and electricity. The model measures approximately 35.0 x 33.0 x 10.0cm (H x L x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The model is suitable for high school or college students, or ages 13 to 21.
