Step 1. Place the crankshaft wear sleeve; (Apply a little bit thread sealant on the crankshaft before setting.) |
Step 2. Align the 5046 mounting tool with the wear sleeve; |
Step 3. Use a wrench to tighten the mounting screws until push in the wear sleeve to the exact position; |
Step 4. Loosen the 5046 install tool, get the installation job done. |

Step 1. Knock the old crack seal out; |
Step 2. Wipe the surface, make sure the installation position is clean; |
Step 3. Insert the new crank seal into 1338 installation tool; (Apply a little bit thread sealant on the new seal before inserting.) |

Step 4. Place both the seal and 1338 install tool into the front cover;(Properly support the front cover to prevent damage to the seal and front cover.) |
Step 5. Use a rubber hammer to hit the seal installer until firm; |
Step 6. Remove the installer tool and the new crank seal is in the correct depth. Installation completed. |
