Will these fit on an 04 Wrangler Unlimited?
Yes it fits 2004-2006 Jeep TJ Wrangler Unlimited. The same as normal TJ.

Does it just bolt right on to my Jeep TJ or do I have to drill some parts?
Most holes will line up but we highly recommend you to drill several holes to ensure solid mount.
So many TJ metal flares require you to cut the fenders apart to install them. These fit in the same place as the plastic ones did, minus the problems of fading and cracking. Now I have great looking and more durable flat flares that can easily be cleaned and touched up.
I had mine sanded down so I could have them powder coated orange....Yes you will have to probably drill additional holes to fit, but they are solid and gives my Jeep Wrangler an amazing look and line.
