Yes, the LOGO with a circle pattern is a touch panel, 3S long tap to turn on/off lights, short tap to switch lighting effect from 11 lighting modes.

Whats the bearing capacity for this boom arm? Is it compatible with my SM7B?

The bearing capacity is up to 2KG, and it can hold your SM7B (about 1.3KG) easily. With the 5/8 adapter, it is compatible with SM7B and other popular microphone like blue Yeti, HyperX QuadCast etc.

The thickness of my table is 5cm, can it be adapted?

Yes, it can support a table with a thickness of up to 6cm, but if the table is irregular in shape or the bottom of the table edge is uneven, it may not be able to install
