Description

The HOLGA 120N medium format film camera with Hotshoe - Black was initially introduced to the Chinese public, in 1982, as an inexpensive camera for everyday use. Shortly after its introduction, it became an underground art phenomenon. Using HOLGA is an exercise in freeing yourself from dependence on technology, precision and controllability. Slight image softness, vignetting, and random light leaks produce unique and dreamlike images. The current HOLGA 120N is based on the original HOLGA camera and features the improved usability found in recent generations. Ilford HP5 Plus black and white negative film is a high speed medium contrast film, making it particularly suitable for action and press photography and also an excellent choice for general purpose photography. Nominally rated at ISO 400, it produces negatives of excellent sharpness and fine grain in all lighting conditions. HP5 PLUS has been formulated to respond well to push processing and film speeds up to EI 3200/36 are achievable with ILFORD MICROPHEN developer while maintaining good shadow detail and well-separated midtones with sharp grain. The Photo4less cleaning cloth is the perfect way to safely maintain and clean your lenses, camera and binocular optics. With just a subtle wipe, watch residue slide off quickly.
