1. How to restore the factory default settings?
(This action will delete the pairing data between earphones and your devices. When the earbuds had been connected with multiple devices, you dont know which one is the last device, you can do this operation.)
Step 1: Delete "C17" record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting;
Step 2: Take out both earbuds and quick-click on them for 5 time, the earbuds will flash Red & Blue light once for once and then turn to Red light for 2s, which means the both earbuds have been reset completely;
Step 3: Now, put both earbuds into the charging case to get charged for 1 min, then open the lid to turn them on, activate the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and select "C17" to connect, it should work properly. If not, please put the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the steps above.
2. There is no pairing name of “C17” shown on my phone, but the charging case shows 100, how to fix?
Please check if you have TEAR OFF the protective sticker that wrapped around the headphones charging points.
You have to remove the films firstly, then replace the headphones into the case to activate them.
