USE LITTLE TRICKS:
1.Place the cleaned pot on the heating plate groove and turn it on.
2.Turn the temperature controller to 40-60°C(The temperature can be set according to the amount of chocolate).When Red light is on,heating the process is on at the time.
3.Shred the chocolate cubes(speeds up melting) and put into the pot, stir with a spoon until the chocolate has been completely melted, turn the temperature to 30-40°C to keep it warm enough.
4.After use, please turn the machine off and pull out the electric plug.
5.After use, do not touch the groove with your hands, and wait until the pot is not hot before cleaning.
