Woodworking openers for the drilling industry:

Material: 45# carbon steel, YG6 carbide (tungsten carbide) insert, hardened and tempered. Sharp edges, accurate positioning, high hardness, impact resistance, smooth cutting and toughness.

For drilling flat bottom holes in any thickness of softwood without chips. Suitable for drilling in any direction and for making curved openings. For drilling partially overlapping flat bottom holes for easy mortising and tenoning.

This set of wood bits is available in different sizes (15mm - 100mm), giving you the option to choose between different sizes of branch hole bit sets when working. Helps to clean up flat bottom holes in wood quickly and brilliantly.

This product is only suitable for working with wood or soft non-metallic materials.

Note: This product is not suitable for use on glass, metal, plasterboard or mixed clay otherwise the tool will break down quickly.

Two spurs and centering point can offer repeated, clean and accurate cutting holes. The sharp center spur accurately locates the center of your hole.

Universal Shank

Round shank is made of solid hardened steel, with high hardness. Can be used in drill press, bench drill, vertical drilling machine, CNC carving machine.

  • Wide range of applications：

Suitable for cutting holes in any wood and wood products. Existing holes can be easily enlarged and any circular arc drilled. Flat bottom holes, pocket holes and overlapping holes can be drilled.

Ideal for drilling concealed hinges and door locks. Carbide tip is designed to cut holes cleanly. Can be used for drilling holes in woodwork, fitting ball door tap tips, drawers, plastic and woodwork, plywood etc.

Suitable for table drills, vertical drilling machines, CNC engraving machines, etc. The drill requires a very low speed when positioning, and then gradually accelerates after finishing positioning. Lubricate with water to reduce the temperature when drilling.

  • Warm Tips:

1. Processing hardwood can be intermittent drilling to avoid material burns and extend the life of the hole opener.

2. Can not drill metal and non-ferrous metal, otherwise the hole opener will be damaged.

3. The cutting material must be fixed, and the drill bit should be vertical.
