To ensure printing correctly, pls Feed labels and left a part of labels outside. Calibrate printer before printing: Feed labels Long press the feed button until you hear one beep then release your finger，paper will forward and back several times It will load two blank labels and finish calibration	("Shipping Printer" from Google Player or App Store) App needs access to location and storage. Procedure:

Download "Shipping Printer" from App Store or Google Player as above
Open the App, then Choose File, You can choose PDF or Photo(final printing is better to use PDF)
Click Printer Icon at the top right
You will see reminder of Connect Bluetooth
Choose the Label Printer with PIN 0000
Do the setting
Print the PDF File.

Question: Print blank labels

Check the paint layer of the labels you loaded is up face. Ensure to paper calibrator by press the feeder button till see paper go and back several times.

Question: Labels print too light

You need to adjust the density on setting, go to “setting” >> ”device” >> ”printer & scanner” >> find the printer>> click “manage” >> adjust the density or darkness to higher. If it still doesn’t work, please require a replacement.

Question:Prints a label and then continues printing the other blank labels & Print over label

1. Before printing, please calibrate the printer.

2. Put the labels in, switch on the printer, Long press the feed button until it beep once, labels will keep forward and back for several times and then hold on one place, it means the printer has identified the label size successfully and is ready to print.

3. Note: before print, please make sure the size of loaded thermal labels, the print settings on devices, and the source file are completely the same

Question: Cant connect with computer via Bluetooth

Printing via Bluetooth didn’t support Macbook, if your computer is Mac, please connect with USB cord to print.

Question: Cant find the label printer in the PC after installation

Make sure connect cable from label printer to PC or you will not find it

1、Before install driver on your computer, please ensure your computer and printer has been connected via USB cable in case failing to install the printer.

2、Open the PDF file with Adobe would help print correctly.

3、To ensure all the content print out in one sheet, please make sure the source file size, page setup size, the actual label size match to the same . If your PDF file is A4 or other size, please refer to user manual and use ” take a snapshot ” function to print.Operation videos are provided in U-disk or website to help better understanding.
