KnuKonceptz 0 Gauge 3 Way Fuse Block with Fuses

KnuKonceptz 3 Way Fuse Distribution Block 0 Gauge to 4 GaugeKnuKonceptz 3 Way Fuse Distribution Block 0 Gauge to 4 Gauge

Product Description

The BK-2030 inputs accepts two 0 - 4 gauge and output two 0 - 4 gauge and one 4 - 8 gauge power wire without the use of adapters. Oversized allen screws can secure either gauge without any modification or additional parts to complicate the design. Bassik - simple, clean, easy. This is the foundation of what KnuKonceptz calls Bassik. Easy to install, simple to connect and cost effective. This block is shown in satin nickel finish with polished nickel plated allen screws and smoke black base. The BK-2030 includes three fuses to configure this block for power applications.

Please Select Fuses From the Drop Down Menu; Please note the 0 Gauge outputs are fuses in Parallel. If ordering 300A fuses you will receive 150A x2 per 0 Gauge output and a single 150A fuse for the center 4 gauge output.

Flexibility - Dual Cable Inputs

The BK-2030 Fuse Block has dual cable inputs, only one is required to power all three outputs. With the second cable port you can:

  • Daisy chain additional blocks for additional outputs in larger systems
  • Connect to a rear mounted battery, linking it to the rest of your system
  • Add a capacitor into the system
  • Using both inputs from a battery source will reduce voltage loss
  • IF Installing a combined fuse rating over 350A (total sum of fuses installed), connecting both inputs to a battery source is advised.

High Current Capacity - Fuses in Parallel

  • Using multiple smaller fuses in parallel reduces voltage loss across the connection
  • This is from the increased surface area of a multiple fuses versus a single fuse
  • Less voltage loss means more power to your system
  • Achieve higher amperage capacity in a compact space. Multiple smaller fuses can achieve higher loads than a single fuse due to thermal capacity
  • When ordering, you will receive two fuses per 0 gauge circuit and a single fuse for the 4 gauge output. The 0 Gauge Fuse will total the fuse rating you selected. Ex: ordering 300A fuse, you will receive 150x2 per 0 Gauge output (300A total)

No Adapters Needed - Oversized Hardware

  • Internal gauge adapters add unnecessary contact points
  • Extra contact points can increase resistance, lowering your voltage.
  • By using larger diameter set screws, our block can hold a large or small gauge wire without the need for an adapter
