If you want 1/4" of frosting on all sides of your cakes and the frosting to be a little thinner, order the size ".25" disks.
If you want 1/2" of frosting on all sides of your cakes and the frosting to be a little thicker, order the size ".5" disks.
If you want 1" of frosting on all sides of your cakes, order the ”Positive Number” disks.
