Why does my bread get burnt even on the lowest setting?

If you only put in 1 slice of bread, it will toast unevenly because the toaster has 4 heating zones. One side gets heated by 3 zones while the other side gets heated by just 1 zone. To ensure even toasting, please put in bread slices in pairs.

Why can the toaster only toast one side of the bread？

Please check if the bagel mode is enabled. When you press the bagel button, the light ring will turn on

Why does the bread toast unevenly when toasting 2 slices？

When toasting 1 or 2 slices, please place them in the center of the slots. The empty slots still heat up during operation, so if you place the bread in the corners, it will toast unevenly.

Why is the "cancel" button light on but the lever wont stay down?

This happens when the cancel button gets stuck. When it cant spring back into place, the light turns on, and pressing it causes the lever to pop up, canceling the toasting process. Please release the stuck button
