Instructions for use/maintenance:
1. Before making bread for the first time, spray water with a kettle to make the bread proofing box moist, then sprinkle with flour, then pour out the floating powder and let it dry (do not clean after drying).
2. After each washing, please shake out the flour in the gap of the dough proofing box by natural light and heavy tapping method, and regularly bask in the sun and ventilate to keep it dry.
Tips:
1. There will be a rattan smell in the early stage of the bread proofing basket, which is a normal phenomenon and will gradually disappear after a period of use.
2. The bread basket proofing is hand-woven with rattan, each one is slightly different, please allow 1-2cm error.
3. There may be some burrs and gaps at the seams on the surface of the bread bowl, which are normal and can be scraped off with hands or tools.
4. If not used, please keep the basket dry, otherwise mold will appear.
5. The Banneton proofing box can be easily washed with warm water, no need to use soap.
6. Do not bake in the oven, keep away from fire.
