Forensics Detectors offers sensitive Phosphine Gas Detectors. Phosphine is used as a rodenticide for grains, tobacco, and animal feed. In addition, PH3 gas is used as an intermediate in many chemical processes for the textile and electronics industry.
This is the Forensics Detectors professional series PH3 Gas Detector. Factory Calibrated. High precision for accurate measurements and robust for fieldwork. Phosphine gas is used in a variety of manufacturing and industrial processes such as fumigation, textile industry, and electronics. Phosphine has the chemical symbol PH3. It is a very useful yet dangerous gas, hence the need to monitor and check air concentrations. The PH3 gas sensor converts the detected gas concentration to an electronic signal for analysis by the onboard microprocessor. After receiving the electrical signal, the processor displays the PH3 concentration reading in parts per million (ppm). If the measurement exceeds the users pre-set PH3 alarm value, the alarms are triggered.
Have the highest confidence in your gas detection accuracy. Possible only with best calibration practices to USA NIST Traceable Sources. Calibration qualified in the Forensics Detectors laboratory, located in Los Angeles, California, USA.
A phosphine detector, also known as a PH3 gas detector, senses the concentration of phosphine (PH3) in the air. These devices are used for personal protection in hazardous gas environments. Phosphine is used as a rodenticide for grains, tobacco, and animal feed. In addition, gas is used as an intermediate in many chemical processes.
