Yes, we suggest 𝗯𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 out the cats undercoat thoroughly with the grooming brush or deshedding brush and cutting the longer fur with the electric clippers without guide on it, before using the guide comb for final trimming for length.

Will the clipper cut through matted fur on a small dog without pinching its skin?

Yes, it would effectively trim a dogs matted fur. Just make sure to 𝗴𝗼 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 and 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯 when needed to avoid nicking its skin. It works better if you brush out the fur first.

Can I use it to clean wet hairs or on just washed dog?

Never use a grooming vacuum directly on wet hair or liquids. You can connect the outlet hose to use the B2 hair dryer to dry your pet before grooming. Note: The dryer generats a max heat of 45℃/113℉ so drying a just washed dog will not be very soon.
