How Can We Solve the Noise Problem?
- Make sure the selected FM frequency is blank and there is no signal for the local radio station. (The higher radio frequency works better than the lower radio frequency)
- Make sure you have tuned the frequency of the FM transmitter exactly as on your car radio.
- Increase the volume of the phone/product and decrease the volume of the car stereo.
- Make sure the device is properly plugged into the cigarette lighter. If something slips out, there may also be noise.
- If the above steps can not work, please turn off the fm transmitter and restart again.
- If you find the sound is very low, please check the following: make sure the volume on the phone/car radio/fm transmitter have been set to a suitable level; If your phone is IOS system, make sure the Bluetooth mode of your phone is not set to "Headphone" type.
