Oscillating Spindle SandersProductivity is the name of the game when you add an oscillating spindle sander to your shop! With these sanders you can easily smooth edges of contoured or irregularly shaped workpieces, with a table to support your workpiece. Each model offers several spindle sizes, so you can choose the one that best fits your sanding needs for each project. We even offer a benchtop model that conserves shop space, while still providing a large table and convenient storage for your sanding drums. |
Drum SandersIf you need to sand entire boards in one pass, a drum sander is the ideal option. We offer open-end options that provide extensive sanding capacity in minimal floor space, with a table that moves up and down instead of the head. We also have models with dual drum sanding and spring-loaded belt tension that minimizes downtime, and efficient 11 FPM feed speed. And for production environments, we offer a model with an industrial rubber conveyor belt and dual 6" sanding drums. |
Belt/Disc Combo SandersIf you need versatility, these combination sanders will give you your moneys worth. This style of sander is perfect for small projects, and most models have separate tables for belt and disc sanding. Dual-dust ports ensure easy collection of wood particles so you can keep your shop clean. For larger workshops we have an option with a 6" belt and 9" disc, and the sanding belt tilts 90° and can be used in both horizontal and vertical positions. |
Edge or Edge/Belt SandersChoose an edge sander for production-level sanding output; our machines are equipped with motors up to 3 HP to provide the power needed for all-day use. Regular floor models come with an oscillating belt and tables or sanding belts that tilt as necessary for efficient edge-sanding of every workpiece. Our benchtop model is dual-purpose; it easily converts from an oscillating spindle sander to a 4" x 24" oscillating edge belt sander for a limitless variety of sanding applications. |
