●WIRE BEARING TOOL FUNCTION - The cable pulling rotary tool is used to pull the wires to be evenly stressed during the installation of the power transmission and transformation wires. It can rotate 360° without slipping and eliminate winding and tangling. The breakaway pin breaks under a preset load to prevent damage to the cable, and it is replaceable.
