What is the Bluetooth version of this headsets with microphone?

The Bluetooth version of the headset is 5.3, subject to the update on the website. The packaging has not yet completed the update iteration, so there are some errors in the outer packaging. Please understand!

How to connect the Vonztek bluetooth headsets with some software at the PC end？

Device Settings > Audio Settings > Speaker and Microphone Settings> Select [BT-88 Dongle] as your output device (speaker) & Select [BT-88 Dongle] as your input device (Microphone). Make sure [BT-88 Dongle] has been selected as the output & input.

How do i answer calls with the wireless headphone with microphone?

Click the MFB button for Answer/Hang up, Turn on/off, Play/Pause. (Note: When using apps like ms teams, answer the incoming call on the connected device(apps), not on the headset.

Can I mute the microphone during a call?

Yes, this wireless headset with usb have smart mute function.When the headset is in the status of talking or recording, Click the Mic Mute button of the headset, and the microphone will be muted. The microphone mute indicator is off.

Why cant I hear the callers voice when I make a call with a headset connected, and its hard for them to hear me?

Because some phones audio is selected by default during calls, please check the sound settings on your computer and software to ensure that BT88-Dongle is selected as the default output and input device (speaker/microphone).
