How to make the headphones function when I get them?

1. Tear off the film attached on the charging connectors; 2. Put the headsets back to charging case for several minutes; 3. Take the headsets off the case and you will hear "power on" and "pairing"; 4. Search and find Bluetooth "T10" in your phone.

Do I have to press multifunction button for 5 seconds to turn on the headsets?

Normally NO, you dont have to press the multifunction 5 seconds to turn on / off the headsets. The method is a emergency power button to help you manually activate or shut down the headphones.

One of the headsets dosent work, what should I do?

1. Put the headsets back to the charging case; 2. Delete/forgot the Bluetooth "T10"; 3. Take the headsets out and Bluetooth ready again; 4. Pair the Bluetooth "T10" on your device. 5. Still not work? Repeat several times and Click seller "WestDooho"
