HOW TO USE PAPER CUTTER
1.Open the clear bar, insert paper and place it under the clear bar, close the clear bar;
2.Make sure the paper is fixed by your fingers and the clear bar;
3.PRESS DOWN the orange blade part and SLIDE it to cut along the clear bar.
How to replace the cutting blade?
1. Use your fingers to push open the transparent plastic bar from the middle of the bar.
2. Remove the original cutter blade.
3. Put the new replaced cutter blade in.

NOTE: Remember to press down the blade part when youre sliding it to cut. Otherwise, the paper wont get cut starightly and evenly.
