1. Place the visual card at a distance of 40cm, usually 20/30 or 20/40 or 20/50.
2. Prepare a double-sided mirror of ± 2.00d (use ± 1.50d if you cant see clearly).
3. Prepare the Rock Card (single letter Card) in the visual Card and gradually exercise to a 3-letter Card, 4-letter Card and 5-letter Card.
4. Put + 2.00d in front of your eyes and quickly flip the double-sided mirror of ± 2.00D. It is required to see clearly the letters on the visual card.
5. Read each letter out loudly in the order of 1-40 on the letter card, and repeatedly flip the double-sided mirror of ± 2.00d. It is best to flip the mirror as quickly as possible, and keep the font of the reading object clear.
6. Exercise one eye and both eyes for 10-15 minutes once or twice a day.
