Can I put my Bakers Edge pan in the dishwasher?

Dishwashers can damage nonstick bakeware, so to be safe we recommend hand washing. If you’ve used a nonstick cooking spray, clean-up shouldn’t require more than a sponge and a rinse.

Can I use metal knives or other metal utensils in a Bakers Edge pan?

No! Use vinyl, silicon, or wood nonstick utensils. Turners and spatulas with 2-inch blades fit the pan best. Use gentle utensils and avoid metal. The pans nonstick coating can be damaged by scraping or applying strong pressure.

What about cooking times? Will my food bake faster in an Edge Brownie Pan?

Foods that typically require 20-30 minutes in a conventional pan will probably require the same amount of time in our pans. However, foods with a typical baking time of 40 minutes or more may bake slightly faster. Check for doneness after 35 minutes

Will I need to adjust my recipe quantities when using an Edge Brownie Pan?

Edge Brownie Pan works well with box mixes and recipes for 10" x 10" or 9" x 13" pans. Recipe quantities rarely need adjustment.

Can I bake Gluten-Free brownies in a Bakers Edge pan?
