In response to the negative review: As of 2/1/23, I have sold close to 300 units of these, Id like to add to some background/history to the development of this equiptment. This system has been developed well over 10 years ago. It was designed by a few trainers in the UK, in addition before selling this on Amazon, I reached out to 8 trainers and let them give there feedback, which they all thoroughly agreed it was well designed and made. In addition, particularily to the negative review, this can arise from incorrectly setting the "Lock and Key" system with the metal clips.
