Installation Instructions:
1.Method 1 (seal installed in cover):
Install the new front cover seal into the front cover
Loosely install the front cover
Install the seal tool over the snout of the crankshaft (using the small end)
Check the alignment to the oil pan
Tighten the front cover bolts to specifications

2.Method 2 (no seal installed in cover):
Loosely install the front cover
Install the seal tool over the snout of the crankshaft using the large end
Check the alignment to the oil pan
Tighten the front cover bolts to specifications
Install the balancer lip seal"
