WIDE APPLICATION

This aquarium test kit can be used for aquarium, fish tank, fish bowl, goldfish pond, etc. Best for freshwater, limited use for waltwater.

Test results knowladge:

Nitrite: NO2, if the concentrations is higher than 1 mg/L, it is harmful to your fish.

Nitrate: NO3, when the concentrations is higher than 50 mg/L, it may cause the algae growing and is harmful to the growth of young fishes.

General Hardness: GH, is the amount of calcium and magne-sium ions in the water. Usually, 100mg/L - 300mg/L is available for most the of the fishes and shrimps.

pH: The pH value between 6.5 and 8.5 will be tolerated by most freshwater fish species.

Chlorine: Chlorine may be present in tap water. It is harmful to fish, damaging their gills and skin, and must not be introduced to the aquarium.

Carbonate: Ideal range of Carbonate is between 120-180 mg/L.

Total Alkalinity: 40-120 mg/l means OK.
