What should I do when only one side headphone works?
Firstly, confirm whether the headphones can be charged normally. If it can be charged normally, please fully charge the headphones first. At the same time, delete ”C11" pairing records in all Bluetooth devices.
Secondly, after the earphones are fully charged, take out each earphone individually to check whether it can be turned on normally (the indicator light flashes red and blue, which means it is normal)
Thirdly, If both earbuds can be turned on normally, please put the earbuds back into the box and take them out again, both earbuds will be paired automatically. (Main bud blinking red and blue lights, secondary bud light off)
Finally, connect the bluetooth earphone to the phone.
