How to use: Use any pot available. Pour water into pot. Place the cloth on the top of the pot. Use adjustable stainless steel duct to circle it with the screwdriver. Tighten the screw until the steel circle close to the mouth of the pot can hold fabric flat on the top of the pot.

Banh cuon is the favorite of Vietnamese people. Rice cake rollers is the name of the food made from thinly coated rice flour, rolled up inside the padded vegetable and meat.

Note important:
Should use a lot of water to steam the cake. Always let the water boil vigorously. The water level in the pot steam is greater than 2/3.
The fabric surface should be stretched to get the banh cuon out easily.
The cooked roll cake is usually clear and easy to remove. Banh cuon is not fully cooked will taste dough and be cloudy.
Roll cake that is left too long will be wet, sticky and easily torn when removed. If you leave the cake for too long, should open the lid and wait a little for the steam to evaporate before remove.
