Directions: Pack grinded meat, containing 20% fat and seasonings (mixed well), into stuffer cylinder. Load cylinder onto stuffer base; be sure to lubricate O-ring with grease or food grade oil to ensure a good seal. Load appropriate size stuffing tube, along with appropriate size casings, onto base of the unit. Twist handle to stuff sausage, holding casing in place until adequately filled.
