Technical Parameters

1. Purpose
This instrument is mainly used to determine the kinematic viscosity of Newton-type or similar Newton-type fluid coatings,
and can also be used for comparative measurement as required. The measurement of coating products with a viscosity of 30s~100s is a kind of portable viscometer, that is,
after the measured liquid is full, the time required to flow out of the hole to measure the viscosity of the liquid is in seconds.

3. Main technical features
3.1 The viscosity cup is made of brass. The volume is about 100 ml. Its geometric size and inner wall roughness meet the requirements of "GB/T1723 Paint Viscosity Determination Method".
The bottom is a stainless steel outflow hole. 3.2 The correction factor K value is that under the set temperature conditions (such as 20 degrees Celsius + 0.1 degrees Celsius) after filling the viscosity cup with the second standard oil,
the flow time should be in the range of 30s~100s, and the K value should be 1 + 0.03 range. The viscometer should be calibrated regularly according to the frequency of its use.
