How often should I oil or condition my glove?

Oil and condition your glove when the leather appears dry or lighter in color. Leather will lose its natural oils as it gets used and will need to be rehydrated or it will begin to dry out, crack, and become stiff.

Should I oil or condition my glove?

If the glove is very dried out it will need to first be oiled and then conditioned to restore the leather. If the glove is periodically maintained and not in bad condition then you can just condition the glove without having to use oil first.

Does my brand new glove need to be oiled or conditioned?

Typically new leather does not need to be oiled or conditioned. If you want to speed up the break in process you can us oil to soften the leather. Keep in mind this may darken the leather depending on the color and leather type of of your glove.
