Paperless ceramic coffee filter. Simple, but beautifully designed by Japanese product designer Akira Mabuchi. Sophisticated shape and rich texture of the material enrich your coffee break. Without disposable paper filter, you can reuse it permanently so it would be your lifetime partner.
Micro holes on porous ceramic filter removes impurities of tap water while dripping, which provides you clear and smooth flavor of coffee. As its shaped thinner than other ceramic filters, the dripping speed is as fast as paper filter.
You can check the amount of dripped coffee through the gap of trefoil-shaped base.
[Maintanance]
Normally you only have to wash away with water after you use it. Please do not use detergent as it would get into micro-holes on the ceramic. When its clogged, put the filter with the opening upward on stove-top and burn it with frame directly.In a little while, clogging coffe powder and dirt will start to burn and white smoke come out of the filter,then roll it with chopsticks or something until all dirt is burned off thoroughly.
