Polyimide Electric Heating Film

This polyimide electric heating film uses polyimide as the outer insulator and heat foil as the inner electric heating element, which is formed by high temperature and high pressure heat sealing process.

Polyimide:High-performance polymer material with excellent high temperature resistance, electrical insulation properties, mechanical strength and chemical stability. Able to work stably for long periods of time at high temperatures, even over 200 degrees Celsius, without significant performance degradation.

Heat Foil:With good electrical and thermal conductivity, when current passes through the heat foil, it generates Joule heat, which heats up the electric heating film.

High temperature and high pressure heat sealing process:Polyimide film and heat foil are tightly bonded together under high temperature and high pressure. This process ensures that the internal structure of the heating film is tight and uniform, and that it has good electrical and mechanical strength.
