The TP514 Yagi antenna is versatile, with its working frequencies including many major North American cellular and LTE bands, and its wide dual-band coverage make it useful for other, less common frequency needs. It is also versatile in its installation, being able to be mounted on different fixtures via its mounting plate and U-bolts, and being durable enough to withstand most common weather conditions, being rated for high winds and its weatherproof casing protecting it from the elements.
How can I use this to increase WiFi/Cellular reception to its needed area?
This can be done by plugging the antenna into a hotspot router/modem which then make the signal available on your cellular devices. Its important to note the antenna cannot plug directly into your computer or phone, but needs additional components.
Will this antenna work with my specific network/cellular carrier? Will it work in my country?
Our antenna is designed with standard North American cellular/hotspot frequencies in mind. However it can pick up anything in its working range (806-960MHz & 1.7-2.5GHz). Please check with your carrier or your standard local frequencies to ensure fit
Can the antenna be used outdoors as a roof antenna?
Yes, it certainly can, as its build is weatherproof, and is rated to withstand winds of up to 130 mph (210km/h). Therefore, it is a great choice for outdoor mounting on roofs and buildings.
