Why do I have to connect to the products wifi?

Only after connecting to the devices WIFI can you set up the device, and only after the setup is complete can you access the devices management page. In the management page, you can find the IP address of the printer and add it to your computer.

Why does the device keep disconnecting?

The wireless connection is made through the 2.4g model to the main router, so if there are obstructions or walls during the signal transmission, it will affect the signal delivery and the stability of the connection.

Why cant I connect to the printer?

1.Please connect to the wifi of the device; 2. Please complete the settings of the device and connect to the network; 3. Go to the management page of the device and find the IP address of the printer; 4. Add the printer with the IP address on PC.
