The Theory & Equation of PairMount Hanger
Fig.1 is the mechanic diagram of conventional hanger.
Fig. 2 is the mechanic diagram of PairMount hanger.
The governing Equation is:
F = Ft x B/A
F is the load of hanger,
A is the depth of hook,
B is the height of hanger,
Ft is the nail pull-out force.
The above equation demonstrates that load F is proportional to height B. Therefore, PairMount hanger can achieve the same load capacity of conventional hanger, provided each hanger has the same height.
