  • Q: When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard，it not work properly？
  • A: According to Intel, USB 3.0 devices have noise of 2.4-2.5 GHz, which may affect communication using this frequency band. Therefore, 2.4 GHz wireless devices (wireless keyboard, mouse adapter, etc.) may not work near a USB 3.0 device or hub.It may cause some lags on wireless mouse. We recommend connecting to a USB 2.0 port. Or use an extension cable to keep the receiver away from the USB 3.0 cable.
  • Q: Why there is no data output ？
  • A: Please make sure if the DC power connection DC input;
  • Please make sure if the connection is good.
  • Please use standard USB cable.
  • Q: Can all ports be used at one time?
  • Powered USB hub have over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit protection function. If over the max 12V/5A power will caused device to disconnect. So we did not advice connect all ports at one time.
