1. Download Assark APP (register and login to your account), please make sure the WiFi your phone is connected to is 2.4GHz WiFi.
2. Plug in the power of the camera, wait for the end of the automatic rotation of the camera (hear the camera say hello).
3. Follow the in-APP guide.
Tips: If the connection does not work, you can try to reset the camera: plug the camera into the power supply and hear "hello". Then take out the attached needle and insert the round hole marked "Reset", until camera says "Reset succeed".
Q:Does the indoor camera only support 2.4GHz wifi? How do I confirm that my phone is connected to 2.4GHz?
A:Yes. Open the WiFi menu on your phone. If there are multiple similar networks, select the one with 2G, 2GHz or nothing extra in the name. That is most likely a 2.4GHz WiFi network.
Q:Does the indoor camera have to be plugged in to use?
A:Yes, the X3E indoor camera is not rechargeable and only works when plugged in.
