Troubleshooting Tips

A. Black screen / No video

1.Use standard hdmi 2.0 cable(19+1) AWG26 and not exceed 5m.
2.Set the resolution of your input source to automatic.

B. Not working

1.Check whether the fiber optic light is on.
2.Use standard HDMI 2.0 cable (19+1) AWG26 and not exceed 5m.
3.Lower the resolution of your input source to 1080P.
4.Set the audio of your input source to HDMI OUTPUT and set the audio format of the input source to PCM. And dial the item to 2.0 gear.

C. There is a sound, but there will be hissing sound. Please dont worry, this is normal.

1.It may be related to your equipment or the environment. Some speakers are more sensitive to current and are prone to noise. We suggest you use another pair of headphones to have a try.
2.It may be that the audio format is not supported. It is recommended to set the input source audio to PCM and the product to 2.0 gear.
