Precautions for use
- For safety, make sure the air source is turned off during installation.
- After the installation is complete, test whether the air pressure and tools are normal before starting the formal operation.
- In order to achieve the appropriate air pressure setting, it is advisable to do some test pulls on scrap material. Start with a low pressure setting and gradually increase to find the optimal air pressure. When the air pressure is set too high you risk stripping the thread on the insert.
- Do not directly touch the rotating shaft to avoid injury to your hands or other parts of the body by tools. Wear gloves to protect your hands during operation.
- When not in use, changing tool accessories or performing maintenance, please turn off the air source and disconnect the tool from the air source connector.
Note
- As the frequency of product use increases, the mandrel will wear, please replace the mandrel regularly to ensure that the product can be used normally.
- Regular application of industrial lubricant can reduce wear on the mandrel.
- Foreign matter such as moisture and dust in compressed air is the main cause of premature aging of tool parts. Therefore, it is recommended to install a filter to filter the compressed air and provide clean and dry gas for the tool.
- Before you use it every day, drop 2-3 drops of pneumatic maintenance oil from the air intake into the drawgun, then idling the machine for about 30 seconds. If it is not used for a long time, it also needs to be maintained in this way.
