Step 1 Align one end hole of the flap, with one end hole of the blade on top edge. Use the blade flap as a template, to drill 1/4” diameter holes into your blade where no pre-drilled alignment holes exist.

Step 2 Secure the blade with the provided 1/4" x 3/4" bolts, washers and lock-nuts. (Position the bolts, from the topside down thru the flat washers, and then secure with locknuts, on underside of top blade edge.)

Step 3 Tighten locknuts to apply slight squeeze to rubber and make sure the end of bolt is even with nut bottom or bolt threads extend past the locking portion of locknut.

Step 4 Mark and the trim your excess blade flap to proper length of your blade using tin snips or tin shears.
