Troubleshooting Tips:

• 1 Question : Its not suitable for car .
• Answer : Please check if your car belongs to double din, and please note that you would need another dash kit to finish the installation. Since we are a manufacturer specializing in the production of car stereo, we do not sell dash kits for every special models. Please check Amazon for the dash kit by the keyword of your car model. Or you can ask for help from a car stereo installation shop.
• 2. Question: Why the machine wont turn on?
• Answer: First of all, you need to confirm whether the power cord is properly connected. Wires harness: The positive pole of the car power supply is connected to the yellow wire (B+), and the negative pole of the power supply is connected to the black wire (GND), Ignition switch is connected to red wire(ACC).(If you test separately, you can connect the yellow wire(B+) and the red wire(ACC) together, and then connect them to the positive pole of the power supply together, and the black wire(GND) to the negative pole of the power supply.)After connecting these 3 wires, when you turn on/off the ignition switch, the machine will automatically turn on/off.
• 3. Question: Why does the radio and other features won’t save settings?
• Answer: The car stereo has a memory function. If the ACC line(Red wire) and the B+ line(Yellow wire) are connected reversely during installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off. Please make sure that each function wires is connected correctly.The working voltage of this car stereo is 12V, it cant be used for big trucks with 24V.
• 4 .Question: Why is the unit no sound output?
• Answer: You can check the connecting wires of the speaker, Our machine has 4 sets of speakers,the positive and negative poles of each speaker need to correspond to the speaker wires on the car. Or you can use a home speaker connecting machine a speakers positive and negative to test it.

Check Details Before You Buy:

The size of this car stereo is universal (L*W*H 7.01*3.94*3.93 inch), and comes with an extra frame(7.32*4.57 inch) to adjust; suitable for most cars, and please check your car center console before buying. But if you find this unit is not suitable for your car, please consider these three methods. You may need three aftermarket accessories to complete your installation:

1. Double DIN dash kit for (your car model):

2. Wire harness（Connects car wiring to stereo wiring) for (your car model).

3. Antenna adapter for (your car model).

You can find the correct aftermarket accessories by searching the year, make, and model of your vehicle on Amazon or Google. - Or you would need to mill the original frame of your car.

Important Note:

1. Do not update the device yourself; if the update firmware does not correspond with the machine, the machine will not work after the update.

2. If you want to use it on trucks, make sure the voltage of your truck is below 14V. The car stereo applies to a power supply voltage at 12V DC.

3. Double check the plug port of your car, usually you will need to buy wire harness to directly plug into your vehicles if you dont want to cut wires.

4. If the device cannot be turned on, make sure you have connect the wires correctly, we guggest you to test the unit before you install it in your car. Kindly note the test method and the installation method are not the same. Please refer to the user manual for the details.
