A: Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs.
- Q: How to quickly disconnect the current Bluetooth device connected by Soundbar?
A: Press and hold the BT button for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
- Q: If the remote is broken, how do I get a replacement?
A: We can provide you with a free remote replacement. We can help you with any product questions.
- Q: Can the soundbar connect to other devices via HDMI ARC?
A: HDMI (ARC) for TV connection only, not for PC, monitor or DVD/Blu-ray player.
