once you install the Silicon Lab drivers CP210x you have to enable COM3 as a legacy

hardware, then re-install the software again.

  2. * click on action
  3. * add legacy hardware
  4. * click on next
  5. * search for and install the hardware automatically(Recommended)
  6. * next
  7. * it will detect that com port and next
  8. * double click com port
