All you need to do is add your fresh vegetables to a wide mouth Mason jar, pour in a salt water brine, set up the complete airlock system and let Fermentology do the rest. When the ferment is complete, you’ll have tangy, sour and probiotic nourished vegetables that are a great source of vitamins. Simply remove the airlock and add the silicone stopper to turn the airlock lid into a sealed Tough Top for fridge storage.
