Answer: Anywhere. It just uses standard Queen(20"x30") or King(20"x36") size pillows according to what size floor pillow casing you purchase. You can purchase your new one pillows through Amazon maybe, i.e. "doesn’t go flat" kind.
Question: Any other alternative besides designating/purchasing 5 new pillows for this item?
Answer: Pillows are preferred no matter used or new one, maybe some mid size toys for try, like 15-50 cm? Should not be as perfect as pillows;
