Why are we developing this Aluminum Tufting Frame?
- The traditional Tufting frame is composed of wooden tips and sharp nails, which is undoubtedly dangerous. Unexpected damage by iron objects may cause tetanus. Tens of thousands of people die every year because of Tetanus.
- Therefore, we finally developed a new fixed method——Fixed Hook. It is made of EP materials and can avoid you in danger!
- Wood frames are susceptible to moisture, while metal is more stable, lasts longer, and is more cost-effective.
How to Fix the Fabric？
- When assembling the Tufting Frame, the direction of the hooks in the four aluminum tubes must be facing outside instead of inside.
（The hooks in the upper aluminum tube should face up, the hooks at the bottom should face down, the left one should face left, and the right one should face right.）
- When fixing the cloth, first fix the upper and lower sides, and try to get the most tight state. Then tighten the left and right sides.
Easy 6 Installation Steps——Install in as little as 20mints.
Preparation: 1-1、Match 18 T-screws and Hexagon Screw Caps. 1-2、 To fix the aluminum tube according to the following steps, T-screw and screw cap do not need to be tightened. (The extra two T-screws will be used to secure the aluminum column in "Step 3")
Step1:
- Ⓐ. Use the T-screw combination and aluminum corners to assemble three 35.5" aluminum tubes as shown in the picture. Tighten the T-screw combination to secure the aluminum corners into the grooves of the aluminum tubes. Pay attention to leave about 2" space on both sides for fix the clips.
- Ⓑ. As shown in the picture, place the hook into the groove of the left and right aluminum tubes. （The hook’s direction in the left aluminum tube is facing left, and the hooks at the right are facing right.）
- Ⓒ. Place the rail screw cap into the groove of the right aluminum tubes and assemble it with the circle screw.
Step2
- Ⓐ. Use the T-screw combination and aluminum corners to assemble the upper aluminum tubes as shown in the picture.
- Ⓑ. As shown in the picture, place the hook into the groove of the upper and bottom aluminum tubes. （The hook’s direction in the upper aluminum tube is facing up, at the bottom is facing down.）Then cover the beginning and end of the aluminum pipe with the "Top cover" to prevent the hook from falling out.
- Ⓒ. Now you have a quadrilateral frame. To make it stronger, Use T-screws combination and aluminum corners to fix two 9.8" aluminum tubes behind the frame as shown in the picture. Then fix the 13.7” aluminum tube to the right side for placing the silk.
Step 3: Secure the aluminum column into the groove of the 13.8’’ Tube with 2 extra T-screws and tighten.
Step 4: Adjust the width of the desk clamp and secure the frame firmly to the desk.
Step 5: Install protective cover. So as not to scratch you during the tufting.
Step 6: Now let‘s fixing the cloth, first fix the upper and lower sides, and try to get the most tight state. Finally tighten the left and right sides.
