【BEFORE FIRST USE】
1. Wipe off cooking plate with a damp cloth so they are clean and free of any manufacturing oils
that might be left on the surface.

2. NEVER immerse appliance, power cord and thermostat connector in water or any other liquid.

3. Plug into wall outlet and heat for 5-10 minutes. This will burn off any residue from manufacturing process

NOTE：When you first use, there will be a small amount of smoke or odor during this time but it will
not last longer than a few minutes.
This does not affect the safety of the appliance. However, as it may affect the flavor of the first batch
of food prepared, it should be discarded.

【HOW TO USE】
1. Plug cord into a standard electrical outlet, turn clockwise for temperature knob and the red indicator will be on.
The temperature of pan reaches the setting temperature when the power light is off. The red power light will be auto
on/off cycle for setting temperature by thermostat. If temperature knob is in off position, the plate will not heat any
more. For the first use it is better to apply some oil or grease to the plate.

2. Important: The cook plate is very hot. Caution should be taken to prevent hands from coming into contact.

3. After use, unplug unit from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool to room temperature before cleaning.
